Quality of Service
Quality Health is accredited to world-class international standards including ISO 27001 in respect of data security and ISO 9001 on quality measures. These data security and quality standards are reviewed weekly and action logs and NCR registers are created as necessary. Quality Health is also accredited under the IGSoC registration system in respect of Information Governance, and this accreditation is reviewed and updated annually.
Policies in respect of health and safety, equal opportunities, and data standards are continually reviewed and revised on the basis of our Continuous Quality Improvement model.
Our market share in the NHS has grown each year in response to the high quality of service that we provide and on the basis of our value for money policy and we strive to provide excellent customer care – both for NHS and IS providers, and the patients and staff we are surveying on behalf of the service.
