Interchange is Quality Health’s secure web-based remote file manager service, allowing Quality Health customers to quickly upload or download files from any machine or supported mobile device, anywhere on the Internet. Email is increasingly becoming more and more restrictive as it was not built for large file transfers and therefore it is limited into what attachments you can send. This is often restricted to small sized office documents. Organisations also impose different rules into what emails and attachments they allow through their systems. More often than not emails will get blocked or rejected due to these attachments causing delays and frustrations for those users who need to access the files.

Interchange allows Quality Health to not only quickly and easily share files with our customers, such as spreadsheets and PDF documents, but also to share videos and audio files.

Interchange is also available 24/7, as long as you have your account details you will be able to access your Interchange account at any time you like, allowing you to work flexible at a time that suits you.

Interchange is secure, offering secure data transfer with 128bit SSL encryption along with EV SSL green bar assurance certificates. Interchange access is controlled by user accounts and a strict set of permissions increasing the security of service. Accounts are only issued by Quality Health account mangers to authorised Quality Health customers.

Accessing Interchange

Once you have signed up to the Interchange service, you will have access to an online file repository. Depending on your accounts level of access, you may or may not be restricted into what you can download or upload. Interchange also has the flexibility to allow multiple accounts access to one file repository, meaning that two or more Interchange accounts can access and work from the same file manager for collaborative working.
