Business and Operations Director

Kerry Hibberd

Kerry is Quality Health’s Business and Operations Director, responsible for day to day management of company activities and strategic management of the senior team.  Kerry has overall responsibility for the implementation of over 500 separate NHS surveys a year, plus the service delivery of National PROMs in 350 NHS Trusts and IS Providers and the Patient Satisfaction Programme for BMI Healthcare in over 60 independent Hospitals.

Kerry has extensive experience of taking projects from concept to delivery and has been instrumental in leading mobilisation of a number of large scale national programmes in a matter of weeks, including the National PROMs programme and BMI Patient Satisfaction programme. This has included setting key objectives, monitoring progress, recruitment, the organisation of communications, presentation production and budget management.  Kerry controls all operational floor activities, data capture, work planning flows, dispatch of surveys, management of the send out and receipts teams, and helpline staff.  Kerry also plans purchase of key items of equipment and consumables in large volumes, negotiates with suppliers, and liaises with clients over survey progress. 

Kerry is a seasoned manager with over 16 years experience working at executive level and is an operations specialist and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
