Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Ratchford BA (Cantab) MSc MBA CDipAF FRSA

Daniel is Quality Health’s Chief Executive.  He has held a variety of high profile posts in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Daniel started his career at the Audit Commission, where he was part of the team that devised the very first sets of national performance indicators for the NHS and local government.  Daniel was heavily involved in the development of the Audit Commission’s methodology for measuring the quality of health services (see Auditing for Patients, BMJ, 1994:; and instrumental in the design of the first public opinion surveys of local government services.  Daniel went on to become Private Secretary to Sir Andrew Foster, the Audit Commission’s Controller, where he was responsible for a wide range of high profile research and policy analysis.

Business and Operations Director

Kerry Hibberd

Kerry is Quality Health’s Business and Operations Director, responsible for day to day management of company activities and strategic management of the senior team.  Kerry has overall responsibility for the implementation of over 500 separate NHS surveys a year, plus the service delivery of National PROMs in 350 NHS Trusts and IS Providers and the Patient Satisfaction Programme for BMI Healthcare in over 60 independent Hospitals.

Emma Hansford Moore BA, MA, FRSA 

Emma Moore is Quality Health’s Head of Business Development and Consultancy.  She has worked in a number of high profile organisations in the public and voluntary sectors.

Data Analysis Team

Quality Health's Data Analysis Team are experts in their field, specialising in  inspecting, checking, transforming and modelling different types of data. Our Data  Analysis team are focused on helping our clients across the public and private sectors understand their data in a more meaningful way.

IT Services

IT Services support and maintain the Quality Health IT infrastructure and it's supporting data centres, working within the ITIL framework, along with ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Standards. IT Services provide an innovative, customer-focused, and robust foundation for information technology within Quality Health, helping the company adapt and change to new technology and to our clients needs.

PROMs Team

Administration of the PROMs programme is supported by the PROMs Managers, based at Quality Health.  Each region has its own PROMs Manager who is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the programme through regular liaison with Providers to offer operational support, programme knowledge and advice and to help answer any queries Providers may have.  They also organise and manage the collection schedules, arrange delivery of programme materials and operate the patient helpline for PROMs.
