PROMs Contacts

Administration of the programme is supported by the Provider Liaison Team (PLT), based at Quality Health.  Each region has its own Provider Liaison Adviser who is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the programme through regular liaison with Providers to offer operational support, programme knowledge and advice and to help answer any queries Providers may have.  They also organise and manage the collection schedules, arrange delivery of programme materials and operate the patient helpline for PROMs.
