Quality Health Patient Surveys

Quality Health Surveys have been used extensively by the Audit Commission to inform their work on acute and disability services.

Our Surveys have been used in individual Trusts and across whole nations and regions of the NHS.

Each survey is purpose built for the client and reflects the configuration of an individual Trust's services. Patient samples are designed to give you the maximum focus at the level you want: so we can structure the sample by department, service, ward, specialty, or location.

Use QH Patient Surveys:

  • To build evidence for your core and developmental standards HealthCheck statement.
  • As evidence of your service quality and efficiency when applying for Foundation status.
  • As a Commissioner to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your providers and which is providing the most patient friendly service.
  • As evidence of patient satisfaction when bidding for contract activity under payment by results.
  • To get a time series from year to year to measure improvements and target areas for action.
  • To get to patient services and pathways that are never going to be touched by the National Patient Surveys.
