Quality Health is registered under the Data Protection Act (registration no. Z6385547) and operates all its systems in line with strict Information Governance procedures.  All staff are trained in the handling of personal information and data, firstly on induction and then updated as required.  All staff are provided with written information on IG policies and procedures, have relevant clauses inserted in their Contracts of Employment, and sign non-disclosure statements in their contracts of employment.
