Quality Health Extranet

Quality Health has also introduced some innovations for 2006. You will now be able to track your response rate in real time by logging on to our extranet facility, and analyse your own data online.

Response Rate

The site shows you two things: the Trust's response rate, and the numbers of questionnaires received each day. See the attached pages for examples. When live, you can see these numbers change in real time as you watch. You will of course be sent your own password and user name to ensure that you can access your own data (and just yours) during the time the survey is running.

Data Analysis

You will also be able to use this facility to analyse your own data on line to supplement the analysis that we do for you. There are embedded tests in the extranet which enable you to do this. Full instructions will be available during the survey process.
