Diabetes Survey - Tracking Responses

Quality Health has also introduced some innovations for the 2006 Diabetes Survey. You will get your results within 2 working days of the close of the survey: but now you will also be able to track your response rate in real time by logging on to our extranet facility. This system is in operation now for the 133 Trusts for whom we ran the National Staff Survey and the 55 Trusts for whom we are running the Mental Health survey.

The site shows you two things: the Trust's response rate, and the numbers of questionnaires received each day. When live, you can see these numbers change in real time as you watch. You will of course be sent your own password and user name to ensure that you can access your own data (and just yours), during the time the survey is running.

You will also be able to use this facility to analyse your own data on line to supplement the analysis that we do for you. There are embedded tests in the extranet which enable you to do this. Full instructions will be available during the survey process.
