We will undertake all the required survey work for you, with full compliance with the national guidance.

• On line viewing of your response rate and daily responses in real time, through our extranet.
• All coding and analysis.
• Submission of data on your behalf to the new Survey Co-ordination Centre nationally.
• Your results to you WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS of close of the survey, with the Quality Health national comparison embedded.
• Full Management Report including all patient written comments, with clear, understandable "where you're doing well" and Action Points, and full Management Recommendations. Clear explanation of links with the National Service Framework and Health Check.
• Free presentation on site by our well known team of Primary Care and Diabetes experts. Powerpoint presentation, free colour copies of slides, clear analysis of what’s going on, national picture explained, to a team of your choice (usually the Exec Team or the Board).
• Free access to your data online through our extranet to enable you to analyse your own data free of charge, in addition to the work that we do for you.
